Group Classes

Fit-In-30 min (Beginners )

30 minutes: $5 per class

TUESDAY , WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY  

CLASS TIMES: 630pm, 730pm, 830pm,

Join our Fit-in-30-minute small group classes. We provide full-body  HIIT workout classes designed for beginners. If you're limited on time or you're just starting your fitness journey these classes are the perfect class for you!

Fit-in-50 min

50 minutes: $10

 

TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY  

CLASS TIMES (6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM)

Our fit-in-50-minute High-intensity classes are designed for intermediate-level fitness members looking for a daily challenge. In addition to our standard exercises, we incorporate additional core and lower-body evidence-based workout routines.  A Bonus 10 minutes assisted stretching class will be provided after each class. 

kickboxing cardio

50 minutes: $12

 

Join our high-intensity kickboxing  & core cardio classes. If you're looking for a fun and exciting way to get your cardio exercise done. Lace up your gloves and join us today! This is a class you don't want to miss

Yoga class

50 minutes: $35

 

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
